- Delivery time
- Generally, your order will be delivered within 10 days of receiving it.
*Regarding delivery date and time requests, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific shipping date, but we cannot guarantee it as the shipping date is subject to stock availability.
*For orders with cash on delivery, we cannot accept delivery dates that are 7 days or more after the order date.

- Return deadline
- Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons will be accepted if you contact customer support within 5 days of receiving the product.
In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the customer. - The return deadline is within 7 days of receiving the product.
Furthermore, exchanges due to customer convenience will be limited to one time only.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items:
・If the product is damaged or scratched due to customer's fault ・If the product tag is lost ・If more than 6 days have passed since the product arrived ・If the product was purchased outside the FilMelange Online Shop ・If we determine that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason
Additionally, sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled regardless of the store where they were purchased.
In the following cases, which are attributable to our company, we will cover the shipping costs incurred for the return.
・If the delivered product is defective ・If the product is dirty or damaged ・If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
However, please note that if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may refund the product price.
*Due to the nature of monitors, the color and atmosphere of the actual product may differ slightly. In this case, please note that this is not considered a defect.
*Due to the nature of using natural materials, there are some individual differences, and cut-and-sew fabrics may have an error of 2-3 cm depending on how they are measured. Please note that this is not considered a defect.
- Return Shipping Fee
- In the following cases where the cause is our fault, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
If the delivered product is defective, if the product is dirty or damaged, if the product delivered is different from the product ordered, or if the return or exchange is due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred for return or exchange.
Overseas Shipping / We do not accept return or exchange.
Shipping Time: Usually within one to two weeks depending on destination (may be longer if subject to customs inspection)
